New Patient Information

We gladly accept new patients from Calgary, Heritage Pointe, Okotoks, High River and surrounding areas to our growing practice. We always make room for your family and friends. The practice philosophy is to help our patients reach optimum oral health in a way that meets their needs and expectations.

There is often more than one way to solve a problem, and it is each individuals right to decide what treatment course they would like to follow. No matter what the patients needs and wants are, the most important thing is to start out right with a proper diagnosis. That is, through early detection and treatment anyone can have a healthy mouth in a cost effective matter.

We pride ourselves in the high level of care we provide to all our patients. In order to continue this, we have developed the following financial policies.

Dental Benefits. We will submit insurance claims electronically on your behalf and accept the payment directly from your insurance company. However, you are ultimately responsible for the complete cost of treatment and not the insurance company.

Any portion not covered by insurance is due on the date of treatment. If the insurance payment has not been receive within 45 days, we ask that you settle the outstanding amount.
It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate insurance plan information and inform us when there are any changes to it. Please bring in your insurance card and booklet. We will submit a pre-authorization to your insurance company to determine your dental benefits before beginning major treatments.
