Dental benefits can make getting dental work done much more convenient (and easier on the wallet). We will happily submit any insurance claims electronically on your behalf and accept payment directly from your insurance company. At Heritage Pointe Dental, we want to make dental work as comfortable and pain-free as possible, and that includes costs!

Any portion not covered by your insurance is due on the date of treatment. If we haven’t received the insurance payment within 45 days, we will reach out and ask that you settle the outstanding amount. Please be sure to provide us with up-to-date and accurate insurance information at the time of your appointment. If you’re visiting us for the first time or your information has changed, please bring your insurance card and booklet with you.

We will submit a pre-authorization to your insurance company before any major treatments to avoid any unwanted surprises. It’s our priority to keep you smiling, even when it comes to finances!
