Dental Benefits

We will submit insurance claims electronically on your behalf and accept the payment directly from your insurance company. However, you are ultimately responsible for the complete cost of treatment and not the insurance company.

Any portion not covered by insurance is due on the date of treatment. If the insurance payment has not been receive within 45 days, we ask that you settle the outstanding amount.
It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate insurance plan information and inform us when there are any changes to it. Please bring in your insurance card and booklet.


We will submit a pre-authorization to your insurance company to determine your dental benefits before beginning major treatments.

Payment.

Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, Interac, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
